Organized by Taiwan Ministry of Education, executed by Asia University, sponsored by Sayling Wen Cultural & Educational Foundation and iSee Taiwan Foundation, 2017 Taiwan International Student Design Competition (TISDC) is headed towards its ninth year.
The theme for 2017 TISDC is Opportunity . There are four categories: Product Design, Visual Design, Digital Animation and Brand Specified. Besides the Grand Prix, each Category holds 1 Gold Prize, 1 Silver prize and 3 Bronze prizes. Sponsored by Sayling Wen Cultural & Educational Foundation, there are 15 Special prizes endorsed by international design associations.
Throughout years of endeavor and effort, 2016 TISDC attracted total 69 countries/region worldwide, 882 schools to join the competition. 2016 TISDC had received 14,858 registration entries among the 4 categories, the data had set a new record to the past and has indicated that TISDC is indeed the most participated, with the highest awards International Student Design Competition in a worldwide scale.
