此書是為青少年設計的互動書籍，將互動結構與添加劑資訊結合，介紹生活常接觸到的添加劑，並以功能區分為五大類別，付予各自的代表色彩。在遊戲互動中輕鬆了解食品添加劑的功用、以及人體傷害的變化過程。希望藉由增進對食品添加劑的知識，進而改變青少年的飲食習慣。 

This book is an interactive book for teenagers. Using an illustrational approach, we systemized an array of information about food additives. By interacting with the book, teenagers can easily understand about the effect of food additives and bodily harm.
